Refunds:
- The customer can only return an item with a valid reason within 7 consecutive days from the delivery date.
- In the case of receiving a damaged or broken product, the customer has to inform the illiyaone.com website within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The customer must understand that there can be Color Shade Variation to a certain extent while making a purchase from the illiyaone.com website which can occur due to the device used to make the purchase and the difference in viewing light. Reasons of this nature will not be accepted.
Important for Customers:
- The customer must put back securely the item with all labels and tags intact in the same packaging.
- Our assigned courier will collect the product from the customer. Or the Customer can drop off the package at a nearby courier.
- The return delivery charges will be paid by illiyaone.com.
Replacement:
- The items can be replaced for the same reasons mentioned in Refund Section.
- The items can also be replaced if received in totally different colors and sizes.
Not acceptable for Refund or Replacement:
Items cannot be refunded or replaced if:
- Note bought from illiyaone.com.
- Bought in sale or promotion, or as a gift.
